As part of the Kinshasa Cancer Center Project – Phase 1, the Government of the Democratic Republic of Congo hereby informs the public and potential bidders of the publication of the General Procurement Notice.

This project, co-financed by the OPEC Fund for International Development and the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), includes:

• Construction of the main oncology building and related infrastructure;
• Supply of medical equipment;
• Institutional support and capacity building.

Procurement procedures will follow the OPEC Fund’s guidelines and are open to all eligible firms and individuals.
